DirectX 11 Errors & Crashes

I'm not the only one to be affected by this directX 11 error. We did everything that was recommended to try to solve this problem, full of different manipulations in vain, this is not a problem about our computer. Some people even reinstalled windows 10, it's still not working.

And yes so, the drivers are updated.

We have this kind of message and crash since the 5.1 patch, seems that we have lot of crashes on the Shadowbringers maps and missions like, raids, dungeons etc etc...

This problem needs to be fixed asap, we are still paying for a game we can't even play. Or at least, please help us
