    Who has the flashiest skills/spells

    Personally, I think the Red Mage and Black Mage blow everyone else out of the water, but I want to hear everyone else's thoughts. As for the best between those two, it's hard to say. I think Red Mage has more style and pizzazz, but nothing beats the feeling of a good, explosive Flare. Hell, even the simple spells like Freeze or Thunder III are pretty awesome to behold. Keep in mind, this is based on your opinion. I chose the most obvious classes because I primarily play mages in any and every game.

    Red mage's lvl 3 limit break will blind the raid so badly that it will cause a wipe.

    Imo RDM standard skill colors don't confuse you but his Limit Break is insane, i can't even count how many times RDM LB made most people in my party die or everyone wipe because it was done between AoEs and no one could see it to dodge, everytime that RDM does use their LB i pray for god even being atheist.

    Jobs with standard skills that can confuse you a bit for AoEs are PLD Holy Circle and WHM Holy, the white glow almost covers all AoEs markers in the zone that reaches.

    The coolest skills imo goes to PLD, MCH and SMN.

    Samurai, Dancer and Astrologian.

    Red Mage really depends on your definition of flashy. The animations are very stylish for sure but the particle effects are weak and unimpressive.

    Dragoon, Dancer and Astrologian probably have the best-looking LB3s.

    A: In older MMOs, such as Ultima Online, there was a house maintenance fee you had to pay weekly, but in FFXIV: ARR we decided against this system. Similarly, these older MMOs also had a system where your house would break down if you didn’t log in after a while in order to have you continue your subscription, but this is a thing of the past and we won't have any system like that.
