Main character stuck "Now Loading"

If you have not done so already, could you try doing a cleanboot? Open the task manager (CTRL+SHIFT+ESC) and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC.

I have tried this and still nothing. Also, I tried not booting from my SSD and still had the same issue when using HDD. Tried going to DX9 from 11 and again still stuck "Now Loading". Once every 15 or so log in attempt I get a no error crash to desktop but mostly just stuck on the loading screen.
