I've played up to ending A on Nier Automata. Is that enough to avoid any major spoilers that the 24 man might spill?

I haven't finished the Raid yet and never played Automata, but it would be dumb to put spoilers in a Crossover Event, so I'd guess it's enough...?
I'm taking Lore way too seriously. And I'm not sorry about that.
For the raid itself, just go in as is. There's a reference to a NieR thing, but I don't think anyone will know how actually tightly connected they all are until Part 2. It depends on how Yoko Taro spins it.
Because timeline wise it goes Drakengard 3 (I forget which ending D1 stems from)>Drakengard Ending E>NieR>Automata and based off the final boss it likely stems from Ending D of Automata.
Automata was made so even if you did not play any other game, you would get it. As are all of the games in their universe.
For The Copied Factory you'll be fine going blind though there is extra details for those that played/read up on Drakengard and Nier with potential hints for future in automata from ending C and D while final boss music is an arrangement of ending E but nothing atm requires extra knowledge from those games just helps with speculation going forward.
Guy butt is best butt <3
I guess what I'm saying is will playing through the raid spoil anything in the rest of the endings I havent seen yet?
The NieR raid was made with people who have't played NieR: Automana in mind. So you're fine.
As someone who has played all of NieR: Automana, it actually doesn't help as much as you think it would. Toko Taro's stories tend to start in the middle of the plot and slowly reveal how the plot/setting got the way it was as the story continues. The most you'll get out of NeiR: Automana is what kind of events might have resulted in certain characters acting the way they do. Only those events probably aren't even canon in the raid.
So really, regardless of how much info people know about NieR, we're all in the same boat if not having any idea how the NieR stuff got to the FFXIV world...
it might not be indications but it could reveal some sort of spoilers to some of the endings in nier automata especially the final boss.
we might not know the connection of FF14 to the nier world until later time but the references there are kind of hints on certain things happening in the nier automata game especially for one of the endings.
For what it's worth
Ending A: Pre-intermission Perspective 1
Ending B: Pre-intermission Perspective 2
Ending C: Post-intermission Choice 1
Ending D: Post-intermission Choice 2
Ending E: Closure
Ending F - Z: "Usually a game wouldn't let you do this, but this one did, and now you're dead. Roll credits."
That said...
The works of Yoko Taro are standalone and held together with a vast network of conspiracy string. They're related, but not in a "You have to have backstory and context to understand it." kind of way, more a "The more context you have, the more little things you'll notice." kind of way.
The Collection Lore items you get from Exploration mode after beating the Raid does provide some hints to how this storyline follow Nier Automata.
Current hints seem to point toward this following Ending D
