This is the one thing I do agree with SturmChurro on. I do think Viera/Hrothgar hair and helmets should take precedent as far as cosmetics go above all else. At the same time, however, I get the feeling the gender swap gear is just something done here and there as time allows.

Uh, no. They simply didn't finish before the release of Shadowbringers. This has been officially stated a number of times, while what you're claiming has never once been mentioned. Disingenuous comments like this don't help.
