    I'm willing to bet females will be getting more unlocked like the High house and the butler outfit. This isn't yet released in game because they're not done.

    That's my view on it as well. Judging by the fact that SE hasn't even commented on this yet, barring Yoshi P's years old comment on wanting it implemented, it's probably safe to say that they're just adding the meshes to the game data as they're finished. Whether or not they'll be released in batches or all at once is currently unknown.

    And one person's joke item is another person's favorite glamour. I get not being enthused with resources being put into things you don't like and wanting them prioritized into other matters, but let's not pretend it isn't at least making someone happy and isn't a joke to them.
