Housing demolition bug

My private estate is listed as "preparing for auto demolition" under the "Timers" tab, listing that my house will be auto-demolished in 11 days.

I've been in my house frequently in the past few days, and can't get the notice to disappear by entering my house, as instructed in the demolition notice email I received.

I'm the owner of the estate, on the correct character, and there are no shared estate settings with any other players.

Can I please have some assistance with this? I don't want to lose my house due to a bug.

Odd! Have you tried interacting with furniture / moving any furniture around?

Are you sure it's your estate and not a friends? Or fc estate?

Weird, by just entering the house it says "the timer has been cancelled" or something along the lines. The mail states the ward and plot that is going to get demolished. Check if that info matches with yours.

You can contact the in game support to report the bug. It's under system settings, help desk, contact us, report a bug.

I would also contact the support on lodestone. Click here for that page. Make sure to sign in before starting a ticket. I'd suggest doing it quickly.

I would not use the Report a Bug method as they will not respond to that category. Instead use the search bar at the bottom of the support desk window, type "GM" into the box, choose "How do I contact a Game Master?" and then click the File Report button at the bottom. It may take some time to get a response, so if the issue is not going away, be sure to contact them immediately.

I would solicit a GM, immediately. They won't be able to help you once it gets taken.

It's been a few days. I managed to contact a GM in-game and they told me that the timer had been reset recently and I have nothing to worry about, but the Timers tab still says my house will be demolished within the next 6 days.

I also made doubly sure that it wasn't a shared estate I might be mistaking it for, by talking to all of the friends I'd shared with and removing myself from theirs/them from mine. This is the only house besides my Free Company house I'm a part of, and that one doesn't have a demolition notice.

i would honestly keep contacting them if the timer is still there. also keep a record of their responses if they keep saying you have nothing to worry about.
