Beast tribe quest and leves that never show up

It is really frustrating when you trying to do a complete set of beast quests but one or two never shows up. For example Moogle beast tribe quest A Revivifying Roar, I never seen it in 4 months time, this makes me wondering if it has been removed from system.

Others like field craft leves between 50-58 there are 3 each tier but only 2 shows up each day, once you done that and after refresh and refresh the 3rd one never shows up. very annoying. Anyone has a solution to this problem?

I seem to recall the trick for fieldcraft leves being something to this effect: Accept both leves, complete one (or both) leves, turn in only one completed leve (decline the reward if you completed the second as well). Keep that same leve held back while you repeatedly check the leve list to see which one they are now offering. I seem to remember it basically forces out the one leve you keep repeating, leaving only the one other remaining option you're trying to get, since you hold onto the third option the whole time.

Beast tribes, eh, not much I know of that you can do about it. I've definitely run the Roar a number of times, but it's been a long while since all my crafters hit 60 and I stopped with the Moogles.
