    Sneak/Auto-Sneak Feedback

    I love the new Sneak and Auto-Sneak trait!
    However, can you make it so that Auto-Sneak activates even in cities. Its kinda weird that it goes down only in cities, thus requiring you to turn it back on when you leave a city.
    If it only turns off in a city, there's no real reason why it cant just be permanently on.
