2 million XP per quest, wasted on anyone not interested in leveling another combat job. We should be able to turn that XP into Gil, Tomestones, beast tribe currency. Something, other than just ignoring it.

You get tomes only when you're max level. Which is what happens now. It's only 5 a quest, but that's 15 a day times 7 if you're max, so that's 105 tomes a week from them.
Please show support for chocobo boots to be added -> http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/threads/323512-Suggestion-for-an-item-to-be-added-to-gold-saucer-Chocobo-Boots
Unhappy with how they implemented Mahjong? -> http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/threads/381358-Mahjong-is-the-most-depressing-mini-game-you-ve-added-to-XIV
This feature already exists
combat classes should give me crafting experience.
Much like with the "easy mode" for solo instances that people were complaining about, this is already in the game.
You get level cap tomestones if you're already at the cap (or poetics for the older beast tribe quests, and presumably you have to be at least level 50 to get poetics from the 2.x quests) in lieu of EXP.
I would just love it, if I could use this wasted exp to convert it into Exp Boosters that can be used by any class to receive say 25% of that amount of exp, this way I coulp help out with the exp that my all maxed warriors dont need anymore instead my crafters, in fact triebe quests should be best in general designed to be completeably by any class type.
