    1. Don't have any real objections to a small delay before relocations are also allowed.

    2. The other player camping the plot had the same opportunity to buy then relocate if they wanted that plot so badly. There's no reason to put in that sort of restriction.

    3. Go to Estate Settings, check Storeroom Status. It will indicate if the house is within the relocation item limit. I did that for our FC last week and put all the excess items on an alt's retainers before we relocated on Tuesday.

    4. Poor Arthur Dent. On the other hand, the vast majority of information a player needs to know is found at the Resident Caretaker and the "Where the Heart is" quests do suggest talking to one. It's not hidden in a basement file cabinet.

    5. Separating the workshop from the house and adding the entrance to the FC's affliate Grand Company Headquaters (just like Squadron barracks) would be a positive step. Many FCs only want the house for access to the workshop and would be happy without a house if they could get to the workshop otherwise.

    Only thing that is going to make this easier for the masses is to completely overhaul the housing system in some way, most likely through adding instanced house plots. Considering the age of this game, SE has to debate if it's worth their time and effort. Personally I think they can do it - the apartment system is already a foundation to work from. Have a entry portal lead to the instanced plot just as the apartment building is the entry portal into an apartment.
