Why does an ingame poster cost $10?

Honestly the prices on the housing items continuously baffle me. I don't agree with the prices on mounts and outfits, and before anyone says it yes I don't buy them and am voting with my wallet already, but I can at least understand them given their various uses. Housing items however? People generally want to buy more than one of them if they use them, and for something like these huge posters I could definitely see them being a hot commodity if they were a lot cheaper depending upon the color they have splashed on the back. A lot of housing designers use the back of the existing posters in the game to do some really cool things with the housing glitches we have available, but I can't see many people breaking down to buy these for that purpose when the price is so prohibitive.
