Fellowships need some tuning up.

I'm not sure why they thought we needed this. Other than the group size and message board it really just looks like a party finder. I'm helping fc leader with a fellowship but I'm probably not really going to use it, just help moderate it.

I really really like Fellowships actually. They just need tweaking to be more useful. the things OP mentioned being the biggest.
