    I was having this same issue and I think ive tracked it down. Are you running a 2nd(multi) monitor setup? If so disbale your 2nd monitor, restart your system, load FF14, exit the game then re-enble the 2nd monitor. This plagued me for a few weeks, its random, leaves no event viewer and the error is cryptic.

    I am having the same issue and I had a 2nd monitor did this and still got the errors so now I'm try and reinstall
