As the titles says, how soon? It's getting really annoying now with constant job changing.

Can't the timers be synced to the actual hidden timers? Those obviously work because even when the visible timer says it's ready we're still not able to use the skill because the real timer hasn't reset yet.

Getting tired of restarting client 4-5 times a day. Hoping this isn't a 2.0 thing but my guess is it is >.>

Yup, I believe the devs are TOO paranoid about cheaters. Hopefully they will ease it up in the 2.0 client...

As far as cheating goes, the best defense is a good offense. They should ban/suspend the few that decide to cheat instead of punishing everyone equally. It's obvious they got sick of all the GM calls regarding bots in XI, but that comes with the genre.

It would be AMAZING if this problem truly gets fixed in 1.21a. The game has been almost unbearable for me since 1.20. Almost every time after I've been logged in for about an hour or so, my recast timers slowly get more and more off sync until I'm forced to relog. My timers were actually off by a full 50 seconds yesterday... it has never been that bad up till that point.
