Doing the first 20 quests of ShB allot you about 10 million experience, which is only a little less than what Mt. Gulg gives a level 79 player. It is all dialogue, minimal combat, easy for people to spam click ESC through everything.

which is why I mentioned a "once per job" flag not being unheard of in this game.
