DirectX 11 Errors

Just crashed again doing old content in the middle of battle. I had my graphics cards vitals showing so I could see memory usage, heat, etc. and nothing was out of the ordinary. No error popups, but in windows event viewer it was the same ntdll.dll errors that have been plaguing me since the 5.1 patch:

EDIT 1: More investigating. Since over a week ago, a LOT of users are having this exact same issue but with other games as well such as Modern Warfare. Per the error above, the 0xc0000374 code means it's a status_heap_corruption. There can be many causes of this problem such as a problematic executable (e.g. ffxiv_dx11.exe), corrupted windows install (ntdll.dll), bad drivers (maybe Nvdia in my case) and other contributing factors. I feel like I've ruled out the graphics driver as I've tried 3 ages of driver. I also rolled back my Windows Update to two previous versions and still experienced errors. I'm leaning on either something is wrong with my Windows install that is conflicting with the 5.1 version of FFXIV (since I played the entirety of ShB with no issues until now) or it's something to do with the 5.1 files/executables themselves. I'll keep messing around since I can't do anything in-game with the constant crashing.

Following my first post, I've tried some manips to see if I was still crashing :

- Video card reinstalling with Display Driver Uninstaller : Crash,
- Game reinstalling : Crash,
- Unplugging all my devices and switching off bluetooth : Crash,
- Deactivating Windows security system : Crash,
- Synchronizing graphic card parameters in Full HD 1080p in 60Hz and 75Hz in Nvidia Config : Crash,
- Deleting and reinitializing FF14 config files in My Documents > Games : Crash,
- Tested in 60, 75 and unlimited FPS in FF14 config according to Hz : Crash,
- Changed install folder from my External SSD to my internal HDD : Crash,
- Switched back to old launcher : Crash,
- Tried to enter in the raid in both DF and PF : Crash,
- Tried in windowed, windowed without borders and full screen modes : Crash,
- Tried with and without my monitor : Crash,
- Did all my Windows updates : Crash.

Only thing that changed after reinstalling the game was I am now crashing without the above-mentionned error pop-up, loading screen is now freezing then back to desktop.

If anyone has another ideas excepting buying a new computer, that would be nice... !

Following this previous post I've tried some other things :

- Downclocking GPU with MSI Afterburner : Crashed,
- Custom 3D presetting FF14 on Nvidia Control Panel using Fixed refresh rate and adaptive V-Sync : Crashed,
- Tried Kejoca advices by using W8 compatbility on launchers and FF14 DX11.exe + Admin : Crashed.

However, I've had some "new" error popup window which mentionned d3d11.exe errors instead of dx11.exe ones. I've tried to disable Direct 3D Acceleration cause I remembered having issues with it when I was on W7 for some old games but it doesn't seem to be possible on W10...

Now I'm going to try something absolutely stupid but if that works, I'll laugh very hard (Uninstalling my GPU driver and install the oldest one I can find (2017). I'll post the result when I'll manage to find a Copied Factory party... (Probably tomorrow or tuesday) so if someone wants to try before, he's welcome to !

Retried with MSI Afterburner - https://imgur.com/a/R0a6x3z As you see, the loading page is frozen but it's actually redirected on main screen system configs as well.

By the way, I see a lot of people reading this thread (Over 1k5) but only a few really post on it, if you're reading this, you may post your System Configs from the FF14 launcher and/or expose your problem if you have the same issues as ours, it can only help giving more visibility and help SE resolving it !

SE Support Team, the game only started having this abundance of graphic issues since the 5.1 patch. Please look over what changes have been made in the recent update and help us get back into the game. With these errors, the game is UNPLAYABLE.

Since nothing has changed on my pc since 5.1 patch and already used 3 old back up copies also already posted my system configs. What they did add was new outfits so my guess must be one of them causing errors. I'm wondering if it is the 2b outfit or Nier raid job armor glamour that's causing them since so many has then now.

Same errors for me since 2/3 days, have no solution about it. I reinstalled the game, as well as my windows, and graphic card drivers, I went back on Directx 9, I have minimized the graphic qualities, download the old graphic card, but still nothing. I often crash when I’m on a Shadowbringers map, for now I can't even log on because I'm stuck on the Lakeland map, on the loading screen.

I’ve never had this kind of problem in more than 8 months and I’ve always been able to run the game in maximum capacity

It's not a problem from my computer, everything's clear so I really don't understand why I keep crashing with this kind of message

A new Nvidia driver (441.12) just came out. I tried a clean install and a clean boot but it didn't fix anything for me. Worth a try for other Nvidia users probably.
