I actually have the exact same error relating to the exact same date as the OP slated for 10-23-2019.

I've noticed it happening when I'm doing gap closers and do an attack directly after. It kicked me off the first part of the Nier raid last night. I'm probably gonna try reinstalling DX11 and see it does something.
