I've made some progress on my side. I've created my own thread with all the processes I did and detailling the issues on the french technical support and I've been redirected to the Square Enix contact page where I created a ticket by filling a form which ask different infos such as Dxdiag file, details on the crashes and manipulations you did to try to resolve the issue.

Once I did it, I've been redirected to a personal technical advisor either by mail, chat or phone which took a look at my crashes and asked me to send a mail to what seems to be the external QA/engineering team of SE to whom I sent more details on my system configs/files.

It seems they are resolving player issues in a case by case scenario so I advice you to follow these following steps if you want the support team to take a look at your problem :

    - P1 : Create your own thread and do what the forum moderator is asking.

    - P2 : If P1 doesn't work, the moderator may redirect you to SE contact page, try the general recommandations and if that doesn't work, create a ticket and explain your situation in detail to your personal advisor (What and when the crashes happens, what you did to resolve them etc...)

    - P3 : At this stage, if your problem isn't solved yet, they may send your ticket "higher" (In my case SE external contractor) for further investigations, prepare to send some core system files to them so they could check.

Advices : On each phase, give as much as details as you can by being as clear as possible and stay cool and courteous.

Is your hard drives using raid or none raid. Have raid turned off for my pc. Also today Nvidia brought out new graphic card drivers and a fix this might fix the dx11 errors for some maybe.

I havent had a chance to read all the posts in this thread but this problem plagued me for a few weeks a month or so back. If your running multi monitor setup, try disabling your non main monitors and seeing if you still crash in game. What I did to fix it was.

Exit FF14, Right click desktop > Display Properties > Select 2nd displays > Select Disable from the drop down. Restart your System, Load FF14 up, and then exit the game again. Re-enable Monitors you disabled the same way. I hope this helps. I would randomly crash and tried disbaling any overlays and anything extra none of it helped at the time. I think something In FF14 tries to output to the 2nd monitor causing this crash, thats speculation though.

Did they manage to fix your problem at all and if so what was the solution? I'd like a glimpse into what information these higher level tickets can actually provide.

Following Dynratygus advices on my thread in this english forum, I've reinstalled FF14 on my C drive and for now, it is actually working, I've managed to enter in the Automata raid without any crashes. I'm going to do some stress test today but for now, it is good sign. So basically what I did :

    - Uninstalling previous version of FF14 which was on my External SSD + Deleting local save folder in D Drive > My documents > My games.
    - Surprisingly, I also had the same folders in my C DRIVE which I deleted as well. You may want to check this in C Drive > Users > Your PC name > My Documents > My Games. It may have conflicted with the D Drive folders.
    - Reinstalling the game on my C drive.

EDIT : (And to answer to your question, I've got no answer yet for my ticket).

Hiya! So I've also had these errors take place for a while now and it may be a coincidence but lately I've noticed far less crashing if I boot another DX11 game prior to FFXIV. Is there a chance that it may have something to do with the shader cache generated with DirectX? I'm pretty much guaranteed a crash if XIV is the first game I boot for the day. Could anyone else test this on their system too?

I deleted my DirectX Shader Cache through the Windows storage settings and nothing was fixed for me. I also launched a game of Civ V in DX11 beforehand.

I've been going crazy since 5.1 thinking it was my pc and trying to fix it (Even formatted and reinstalled windows for it to continue happening), I'm glad to see I'm not the only one with this issue lol
