
			
			
				This +1Simple solution, add a difficulty option, thus the higher difficulty the higher drop rates. Now, skill will help with getting better drops...
Personally I haven't been a fan of Speed Runs, I'd rather have each battle be tough.
1 Star = 4 Man
2 Star = 8 Man
3 Star = 8 Man (Diff + 1)
4 Star = 8 Man (Diff + 2)
5 Star = 8 Man (Diff + 3)
Just like with leve difficulty. The dungeons could have this option. Now, this is just my opinion. But with the difficulty change, you could remove the time limit, but still design the dungeons to be explored, and completed in about an hour. Increasing the difficulty increases the mob levels, as well as perhaps placement of chests, and throws some other conditions on the party. But again, opens you up to better drop rates.
