There're also 5.11 and 5.15 to consider.
So far I have done the new dungeon and some Frontline matches to get a taste of the new PvP adjustments.
Still need to do raid and try the crafting overhaul.

- SAM changes: Shoha's pretty fun, but the Meditation interaction feels pretty awkward, given how often we end up hitting downtime already at 2 out of the 3 stacks possible.
- NIN changes: Perfect iteration on TCJ. Ninjutsu, however, now feels sluggish as heck.
- Other changes: Better than before, at least. (The Crown change on AST seem to have some unintended consequences for high levels of play by removing another source of banking and--essentially--RNG protection, and the SMN changes are both hit and miss, however.)
- New raid: This is what passes for story-integration? Meanwhile, the raid itself is pretty fun, but did they really need to add so many death elements that would be out of our individual control (i.e. inadvertent PK opportunities). Would be nice to die more often from standing in the wrong place, rather than a tank running tether-bots through me, dropping precision guided missiles on the group, or giving the first boss an orb-shower.
- New dungeon: Pretty meh. The mini-bosses in trash are a nice touch, but most everything else felt like a rehash, minus a couple of the final boss's mechanics. Though, said boss was especially weird in that sometimes the furniture can be shared for blue-cleanse if timed correctly and other times it can't, and when not shareable then someone may inevitably die just because one fewer furniture may spawn than there are blue flame debuffs.
Without giving too much away - I was fangirling so hard at the end of the latest MSQ *eeeeee*

Only thing liked is new beast tribe they added. The new raid is terrible at taking hour and half to complete. no new hairs for Viera is let down for it.

I was very pleased. I got the mansion location I wanted, crafting has been simplified but can still be challenging, Samurai got buffed, the MSQ set up some interesting things, the Nier raid was fun, and the pixies were cool. Looking forward to Ishgard in a couple weeks.
So far, I'm completely enjoying the new patch.
Loving the patch so far! Did the Nier raid and MSQ yesterday, love the story can’t wait to see where it’s going next! Imo a lot of the crafting changes just removed the bloat which is a good thing. Also my RDM feels a bit stronger so I’m happy there! Overall I’m very satisfied with this patch
Players usually hop on the forums to complain or out of boredom. Players who are having too much fun to complain remain in-game oblivious to the ramblings of the complainers.
5.1 has been an interesting patch. Looking forward to the next part of the MSQ as well, it looks much more promising compared to what I was expecting.
I'm really enjoying it so far.Crafting will be a bit to get used to, but overall I am pleased.

Just did part of the MSQ (up to the dungeon), the new beast tribe and the NieR raid. Not much time after relocating by house. Looks great so far, the new audio que for BRD Apex Arrow is very nice, not accidently wasting PP stacks is cool.
