    Unable to download patch files. [30413][25008][10009]

    Frustrated North American player; Texas.

    I've google searched and surfed the SE forums with repair tips/tricks on how to get beyond this tedious occurrence, and have found no hope. I've done a DNS flush/release/renew, I've tried using a VPN, I've adjusted the IE settings, I've rebooted - and I've even uninstalled FFXIV. This has only brought me to the same issue/error codes this time with the Heavensward download.

    My wife and I are in the same household, on the same connection, and she has had no issue playing the game today. This is also the first time I've ever had this type of issue. So... help?

    Are you connected the internet through WiFi or directly to the router? Is the Final Fantasy XIV application allowed through the fire wall?

    Connected directly (bypassed router) and firewall disabled
    Still getting Unable to download patch files. [30413][25008][10009]

    I also tried Using my phone as a Hotspot , just to make sure it wasn't my ISP.

    I am connected via WiFi. FFXIV is allowed through Firewall. Still the same problem.
