No, more like it's high end crafters charging ludicrous prices on the MB because they run a monopoly and before 5.1, it was rather difficult to DIY because of the ridiculous amount of work it took to get crafters levelled and crap.

And then, they were always resistant to changes, it was like "I GOT UP HERE YOU CAN TOO!" (yeah, but it takes 10x more work to level any DoH class than it does to level a couple adventuring classes), and then once 5.1 dropped, high end crafters are going "IT'S TOO EASY NOW ANY SCRUB CAN GET TO 80 AND MAKE THEIR OWN STUFF" (translation: "we don't rule the MB anymore, this sucks! I can't add to my billions of gil stash now!")

I don't care that you have billions of gil or that you quietly put effort into something.

I do care when your fun gets in the way of me having my fun and/or when I have to listen to the complaints when things are made better for the majority of players.
