But they've always been 80% due to Steady? In fact Hasty II and Rapid II and III were 90% under Steady Hand II, so 80% is a nerf to compensate for not needing to spend CP on Steady Hand every 5 uses.

I think 20% fail rate on every touch is plenty of risk. It only takes one or two misses to screw your craft up and fall short of HQ.
