Earlier today my software token (Android version) stopped working. I tried opening the app, and it did nothing, then eventually I got the "This app is not responding" dialog.

So far I have tried restarting the phone, removing and replacing the phone's battery, reinstalling the token app, and even removing the token from my account and starting over completely by adding a new token. Nothing has worked, and the app still freezes upon launch.

I can only imagine this has something to do with FFXIV patch 5.1, since it just started today, but I have no idea how the two might be related or how I would go about fixing it. The app itself doesn't seem to have been updated since July, though, so I have no idea why it would stop working now.

I tried the customer support chat, but they were unable to help me and suggested I try the "bug forum". I assumed they meant the tech support forums since this isn't really a bug report, so...here I am. Honestly, this forum might be the wrong place also, since it seems to deal exclusively with the desktop client, so maybe I need to be somewhere else?
