Can't Start Game, Launcher Zoomed In

Hello,

My launcher won't let me log in, since the update my launcher has been zoomed in and there is no login option for the game. I can't access any options, login, anything. All I can click are the links to the news/article links.

I'm running a Windows 10 64bit computer with DirectX 12. Computer restart didn't work either.

I just restarted my computer and now my launcher doesn't think I accepted the T&C's? There is no 'next' button either so I can't do anything now.

I accepted this already, been playing for years so I have no idea what is going on.

UPDATE-

It looks like this was fixed, I had someone else looked at it and they found that it didn't understand DPI scaling. If you right-click on the launcher icon, go to Properties and then Compatibility you can access the DPI settings.

This can be closed, I wanted to share my resolution.
