The pod transportation in the new Nier alliance doesn't work

Date & Time: Today between 6pm and 7pm
Frequency: Everytime we tried to get that pod.
Party or solo: Only the alliance C
Area and coordinates: The copied factory (x: 11,2 y: 14,3) and The copied factory (x: 10.9 y:11.8)
Steps:
1. We tried to get that pot transportation and it didnt work. The rest of alliances could use it without problem. (you can see it in the video below)
2. Leaving it and trying to take it one by one didn't work, either.
3. Using return and try to get any of them ended in the person who tried stuck at the begining of the dungeon.
4. We could only join the rest of the alliances after they pull the boss.

It was weird that it only happened to one of the alliances.

Party or solo: Alliance C
Area and coordinates: The copied factory
Steps:
1. My Co-healer got stuck in an animation for the pod, going backwards. They tried relogging, and accepting a teleport into the arena, but when they were teleported they instantly moved back through the map to where the first pod is.
2. We had to kick the healer
3. The rest of alliance C were unable to use the pods for the remainder of the raid, and had to be teleported into the fights by the rest of the raid.
4. When a new healer joined, they were also bugged.
