And apartments are useless. When you can explain how I can make 100m a month selling onions with an apartment, I'll accept that it's "as good".

You don't make 100m a month growing Thavnairian Onions from a mansion either. If you ever do get a house and want to grow them without buying any seeds off the MB, I suggest you do your research first.

You might find yourself deciding that buying the seed off the AH and growing it in a flower pot in your apartment was the better option in the first place.
