5.1 cross hotbar transparency background highlighting issue

I really appreciate the user interface team's work on implementing full transparency for cross hotbars and W cross hotbars with the release of 5.1, however, there has been an unintentional problem created with the background highlighting of the cross hotbars.

I play with all cross hotbars invisible, so the implementation of full transparency is something that I was looking forward to.

Old cross hotbar transparency

• Settings were done in the HuD menu and were individual to each HuD
• All cross hotbars could be hidden when not active
• Cross hotbars (i.e. the lower ones) could be set to 99% transparency
• W cross hotbars (i.e. the upper ones) had no transparency setting at all and were always at 0% transparency (the old problem)
• Background highlighting of all cross hotbars was linked to the transparency settings

New cross hotbar transparency

• Settings are in Character Configuration menu and are universal to all HuDs (not ideal, but manageable)
• All cross hotbars can be hidden when not active (no change)
• Cross hotbars (i.e. the lower ones) can be set to 100% transparency (+1% from old settings, problem solved)
• W cross hotbars (i.e. the upper ones) can be set to 100% transparency (+100% from old settings, problem solved)
• Background highlighting of all cross hotbars is not linked to the transparency settings and is always completely visible (the new, worse, problem)

Here is a clip of the new cross hotbar transparency set to invisible. You can see the completely visible background highlighting of the cross hotbars at the top of the screen.

Kinda reviving this thread. Was playing around with my settings and now how this exact thing happening it's really annoying.
