Crafting Changes Kill Crafting

I'm kinda reluctant to try these abilities out with a 50% success rate... I'm the kind of gal that can fail a 90% action 5 times in a row <_>;. I miss steady hand already :'(

I was worried too, but I didn't find myself failing any more than before.
