My character's birthday is 1st of August 2019, and today, 29th of October 2019 is my final day of being a sprout after 90 days of fully taking advantage of the Road to 70 buff.

As the cherry on top, I managed to get a private housing in Mist, ward 15, plot 3 to celebrate my crafting spree.

It hasn't been easy reaching this point, but I figured I saved many months worth of time from trying to level up all the crafting profession without the Road to 70 buffs. And to buy the plot of land I have basically become a pauper, but I would like to think that it is worth it.

I managed to buy a large house in Mist for FC and medium in Shirogane for myself (had to buy a small plot firs to relocate so whole set lol). Lost the road to 70 a week ago.

Competing with the people who transfer is quite harsh, but it's great feeling of accomplishment. Now I can retire and finally enjoy the game.

Congratulation to your sweet plot. I might come by and take a look.

In all fairness it wasn't hard to get a plot on Spriggan or Twintania (or most of the EU servers on that matter). US servers are another thing and as far as I was informed it was basically a warzone and most houses were gone within minutes.

Spriggan and Twintania probably will have houses available for months to come. It is pretty sweet that their prices are at their lowest right now. It probably will never be so cheap to grab a plot.
