Game keeps crashing after I log in

Already done all that and still does it. Even use a back up copy and deleted ffxiv folder in my games. Its your patch that has errors in it that's causing it. Doesn't matter how many time we do it on our side if it's not hardware or software problem on our side. My pc has always had everything that can be disable off since only used for gaming and nothing else. Also tried lowering the setting to lowest to see if that help it didn't. Right now can't even login to character screen without it crashing. I use windows version and not steam version of the game but looks like steam version having same problems to. In copycat factory get some weird type of lag where game will not let me move at all for 5 to 10 seconds at a time. Happens when ever boss use ground aoe it just freeze up movement.
