Game won't scale UI to 150% (Hull HD)

Hello! This is particularly a difficult issue to look for answer for due to the fact I couldn't figure out what could have instigated this.

I was disconnected from a frontlines match last night, and upon rebooting the game, the launcher was black for about two minutes. Thinking nothing of this, I logged in, only to find that my UI had been bloated, causing significant overlap between hotbars and that the text in the chatbox had been shrunk to the point I need to strain my eyes to see properly. Notably before I'd somehow fixed it, it seemed as if Windows 10 was manually readjusting the resolution of my display every time I tabbed out.

    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7300 HQ, 4 cores
OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

So far, I've tried changing my resolution settings on both my laptop (1920x1080, 15.6") and ingame, changing the UI scaling and restoring all of my settings to the defaults. I've also updated my graphics drivers (Intel(R) HD Graphics 630, NVIDIA GeForce MX150), and uninstalled and reinstalled them. However, I've found that the 150% UI scaling looks identical to the 200% UI scaling option, but the text size in the chat box remains the size it was in the 100% option. All of my HUD elements have retained their scaling in percentage and their placement, but are still significantly larger than usual.

Until this point, I've always played in borderless windowed mode at 1920x1080 resolution with the UI scaled to 150% and haven't encountered any such problems. Attached are screenshots of my UI at 100% and 150/200% scaling respectively, along with another screenshot of what the scaling of my UI usually looks like.

    Thank you in advance!
