That has nothing to do with whether or not it sounds fitting or like it's from the same person. One person can easily make themselves sound very different from one line to another. If you take the same person making lower grunting noises as if they're picking something up vs full on yelling in combat, and use both of those for combat scenarios, it's not going to sound good, and I can't think of another game that actually does such a thing. Your argument implies that because it's the same actor, there's nothing they could possibly do to make their voice sound as inconsistent as humanly possible from line to line, and I don't know where to begin with that.
