    They're quieter and i appreciate that.

    It's probably all the same voice actors. WoW did something like this a few years ago and most of the races' original voice actors returned to record these additional sounds.

    I seriously doubt that, considering they replaced the entire voice cast between ARR and HW.

    ...If English voices come to mind, yes. If it's Japanese (which assumingly is the source material) then no, that's wrong.
