Bonus to multiclass parties?

Penalizing parties for class stacking isn't the way to go. You should be rewarded for some sort of diversity through party wide buffs (which already exist to some point, but not noticeable enough to matter).

So lets just keep adding buffs and bonuses to the game huh, why is it everyone always has their hand out for another treat.

I agree with the job aura's suggestion. (passive ability at lvl 30)

Of course if we get Job Aura's they should remove strength in numbers and the 4 man version I forget what its called.
