FFXI style "Abyssea procs" is the WORST type of lazy "balancing" there is. The jobs should be able to stand on their own and all be useful when compared to each other, THEN they can add that stuff later.

They already are useful in their own right... in which case it IS time to add the incap/BR usefulness tactics in
