    Can a lvl50 Player buy a house in Shirogane?

    So here is the thing.
    My Friend is lvl 55 and tomorrow our wards on Twintania will be open for personal housing.
    Our FC house is in Shiro and he wants to buy one in the neighbourhood. Is that possible? I mean he can port there.
    Havent found any reliable Informations on the internet. Hope someone here has the answer.

    You have to do the quest and the quest giver is in Kugane.

    The main reason why the Party Finder is not working for the harder content and so many groups disband after few wipes is caused by the players who ignore the comments.

    Getting to the phase XYZ once does not mean you are ready to join parties to do XYZ.

    Parties should spend most of the time doing the phase that is written in the comment not trying to get there.

    he will not be able to get personal housing in shirogane until he reaches that point in stormblood and can do the quest to "open" it up.

    Technically? It's possible.

    Once you unlock the ability to purchase housing, you could get to Shirogane. However you can only get there if you're in an FC that has a Shirogane FC house or are a tenant to someone who already lives there. Even then, you'd be locked to that ward / sub-division. So it's severely limiting your chances.

    As for BUYING a house there? Probably what DrWho2010 said. Gotta unlock it personally before you can buy.

    You can't, you need the access's quest for Shirogane after the dungeon lvl 61 in Kugane.
