    [EU] Support Centre Limited Service (Oct. 30)

    At the following time, maintenance will be performed on the Square Enix account management system server.

    During this period, we will be unable to provide the following services.

    - Sending new passwords for Square Enix account
    - Cancellation of Square Enix account
    - Other account verification related process

    [EU] Support Centre Limited Service (Oct. 30): Follow up

    Contrary to the earlier announcement, Square Enix Account related services were not impacted by the Square Enix Account Management System server maintenance, from Oct 30, 2019 0:00 (GMT).

    We apologise for the inconvenience and for the delay in notification.
