    I would agree remove speed runs and make it more about skill and team work.

    Edit:- I also agree with the above, make an achievement for speed runs, in FFXI you could see who completed a boss fight the fastest after killing them.

    Wouldn't take much for SE to make a web page to display a list of fastest kills for each boss on each server.
