GARO Gear and Journeyman Salvager

Garo gear can be reobtained from the Calamity Salvager (and similar NPCs) if you bought, equipped and presented a six-piece set of weapon and armor (no belt, accessories or shield needed) to the Disreputable Priest and unlocked the respective achievement + title.

What you wont be able to rebuy is the Heroic Spirit Shield, although yoshida said in an interview that they consider a solution for another invisible shield later; presumably because an invisible Shield doesn't have a lot to do with the Garo license running out.

Thanks! I personally want to discard the sets when Im not using them to free up space in the Glamour Dresser. Knowing I always can after obtaining them w/ the title is reassuring.
