Steps:
1. Using the Scholar job, summon a Fairy using either of the actions "Summon Eos" or "Summon Selene"
2. Use the Scholar action "Dissipation", which unsummons the Fairy and promises the Fairy will be resummoned when the effect ends
3. Before the 30s "Dissipation" buff expires, transition between zones (for example, leave an instanced dungeon, accept a teleport, or cross a zone line)
4. The Dissipation buff will remain on your character through the zone transition, preventing resummoning the Fairy for its entire duration (this is normal)
5. After the Dissipation buff expires, nothing happens and the Fairy is not resummoned automatically (this is not normal, as of patch 5.0)
6. In case this is important, the specific situation I first encountered and documented this anomaly was by using Dissipation during the encounter with "Miser's Mistress" in "The Aurum Vale" while solo with the duty set to Undersized. After exiting the duty (with Dissipation still active), the Fairy was not resummoned upon Dissipation expiration. After encountering this, I noticed it occurs after leaving other instanced content, as well as when teleporting or crossing zone lines.
