[Request/suggestion] A toggle on/off for job gauge alert sounds?

TLDR: I would like to request a menu option to click off job-gauge sound effects, but leave other system sounds intact.

I realise this is oddly-specific but bear with me. (I also don't know if this is the right forum, I hardly ever go here, but yolo)
In the same vein as being able to click on/off battle music, or flight music, I'd like to be able to click off the job gauge alert sound (the ping whenever your gauge is full enough for an action) without losing all of my system sounds (including ones that are actually helpful or desirable, like the limit gauge alert, the noise that tells you your queue has popped, /tell alerts, the level-up fanfare, etc) and it doesn't seem like there's currently a way to do that at all. (I've looked.)

I'm very sensitive to repetitive, needless noises, and with how often the job gauge sounds go off they're kind of guaranteed to trigger a reaction, whether it be a migraine or a feeling of nausea or (at best) just getting kind of overwhelmed and having to step away (which isn't great if it happens mid-dungeon.)
At best, they act as a distraction, making it difficult to concentrate on the game; at worst they make me feel physically unwell.

I've despised the job gauge sound effects since they were implemented, but contented myself with just dropping classes where they were obtrusive. However, since the next patch is putting sound effects on the gauge for my main class (along with most, if not all, others) so I can't really do that anymore. Being able to toggle it off would be a massive quality of life boost.

I don't have it quite as bad (or rather the old job gauge sound effects didn't cause issues for me), but 5.1 added a new type of job gauge sound effect, and it happened to add it to both of my main jobs. This sound effect is, yes, a helpful QoL addition-- except for the fact that it's piercing and loud and verges on giving me a headache. I'd love to be able to at least adjust their volume on a different slider, but my dream feature is to have job gauge sounds adjustable the way chat notification sounds are, so I can keep that useful notification without it giving me a headache. (and of course it would have a "none" option for people like Sylanxi!)

I hate this implementation and hope they add an option to disable it.

Agreed, just noticed it while playing White Mage and Machinist, and the piercing screech when your Blood Lily is ready, or Battery is full, is enough to make me look for different jobs to use. With Machinist I can just use the Queen early to avoid it, but of course the same isn't possible for White Mage (and indeed is stupid on the Machinist, but any port in a storm).

I also hate the newly-added job gauge noise (even more than the previous one which I already found unpleasant) and I'm at the point of using gauges early just to avoid hearing it.

A volume slider would be an excellent idea actually! Far better than a simple toggle on/off like I'd been thinking; that way folks who do like having the alert and find it helpful can just adjust it to be less brain-shatteringly glaring.

At the moment my "fix" has been to just turn off all system sounds, and I've missed so many damn queues as a result. It's really no solution at all.

And obviously jobs with gauges that fill faster (GNB's AoE combo will have it filling every four presses if you don't use your gauge early, it's wild) suffer even more for it :/

    Bump.

Got samurai to 80 and the "Meditation" gauge-filling sound effect is like breaking glass inside my eardrum.

The sound effect that plays when you hit three stacks of Meditate is horrendous. Please, for the love of all that is holy, tone it down or give us a slider or anything
