Doing ephemeral nodes and aetherial reduction of 4/8 and 5/8 seems still be superior if you need to farm crystal/clusters. An 36 minutes session of 3 spots nets around 1400 crystals and 800 clusters.

They changed the crystal output from aetherial reductions. Now you're more likely to see 1400 clusters and 800 crystals.

Certainly the XP boost was considerable. Someone in the FC took mining from 51 to 80 in 2 days.

He focused first on gathering all items he hadn't previously gathered then unlocked collectibles. He was 69 before he started unlocking custom deliveries and never did touch leves. He had 5 Squadron Survival manuals and bought a few more of the Commercial manuals with the scrip he was getting from collectibles. We also had Earth and Water II up as one of our FC actions on the second day he was gathering. He said he was impressed with Quick Gathering, it made things so much faster for him.

No kidding about the XP boost. I started leveling FSH yesterday and after a couple of hours I managed to get to level 52. It’s pretty insane. Also got all my crafters except for CUL to level 60 with how quickly you can level through Restoration turn ins.
