The combined total level limit for desynthesis has been removed.As a result of this change, desynthesis levels can no longer go down, and it is possible to level desynthesis to maximum for all crafting classes.

So this means all desynth can be max level? If I am no where near the current cap right now. Can I start desynthing low level items this weekend? Raise a few levels in other stuff before the patch. I have a combined lower then 900 right now.
