Version Update being slow

Before you all jump to conclusions I have Port Forwarded the following and for the right PC/IP:

UDP - 55296 - 55551
TCP - 54992 - 55551
UDP - 443

This is a new PC today and started the boring task of redownloading the updates with the first file (D2010.09.19.0000) being very very very slow (max speed has been 3.4KB/s).

I have checked all firewalls to make sure they are all letting FFXIV through and did the Port Forwarding on my BT HomeHub 2 and yet it still sticks to that speed.

My Local Connections are around 35 with Remote being 1.

My previous PC had no problems updating the lastest files (on my 1meg connection would run at 80KB/s no problem) when I briefly played while waiting on new PC and back then I didn't even need to touch Port Forwarding settings soooo I am at a loss at what the problem is.

I really hope it is something simple that I am just missing.

Okay seems it was a problem with (at least) the first file.

From the fourth file, D2011.06.10.0000 (sorry earliest I went back to check so dont know about other two), the speeds returned to my normal 90~110KB/s.
