    Please make sure the game is allowed through the fire wall? Could you also try and disable any background programs?

    yes ff14 is allowed through firewalls and all background programs are disabled. I do that so I get no issues with my gaming lol. lab of the ancients is the only dungeon I have issues entering in daily duty finder for the roulettes, I haven't tried it with the regular selection though.
