Can you elaborate on what happens when you try to enter the instance? You mention that it freezes, but does the game crash or are you just kicked out of the instance while still logged in? Is there an error message?

Can you submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
