cant load into Lab of the ancients

I was wondering if anyone knew what would be the cause of everytime I load into the lab of the ancients in daily roulette it acts as if it is loading in and then it freezes and I cant enter that instance? Every other raid I get works fine cept that one. Any suggestions?

Can you submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

What have you tried so far in order to alleviate this issue?

so for the issue im having its loading into the instance and you know once it gets to the screen you can communicate with the other members of the raid it stays on the loading screen, the screen goes black then comes back with the loading wheel to show you loading in, then the wheel just stops spinning but I can still talk to the rest of the party/raid. but if I try to restart the game it doesn't let me communicate and it wont let me into the game at all till a few moments later when someone boots me or they complete the duty.

Are you connected to the router through WiFi? If so could you connect directly to the router? The error you are describing could be connection issue.

I amn connected through ethernet cable. Im not using wifi at all. I don't get an error message and the rest of the game works great just lately I cant log into lab of the ancients.

yes ff14 is allowed through firewalls and all background programs are disabled. I do that so I get no issues with my gaming lol. lab of the ancients is the only dungeon I have issues entering in daily duty finder for the roulettes, I haven't tried it with the regular selection though.

Could you try the following:

the following settings in the Internet Explorer (not Microsoft Edge) web browser.
Open the IE browser, open the "Tools", go to "Internet Options" and adjust the following settings:
- Under the "General" tab, please delete ALL browser history.
- Under the "Security" tab, please move the slider to the lowest possible settings or no higher than "Medium"
- Under the "Privacy" tab, click “Advanced” and select ‘Accept’ under both First Party and Third Party Cookies.
- Under the "Advanced" tab, please make sure that "Allow software to run or install even if signature is invalid" is CHECKED.
- Make sure that all SSL and TLS (EXCEPT SSL 3.0) are CHECKED. [SSL 3.0 should be UNCHECKED]
- Hit "Apply" to save the settings, and then "OK, to close the Internet Options menu.
- Right-Click on the FFXIV launcher icon and select "Properties"
- Go to the "Compatibility" tab, and change the compatibility mode to "Windows 7"
- Hit "Apply", then "OK" to save the changes.
- Please RESTART your PC now. Once your PC has been restarted, Right-Click the FFXIV launcher icon once more and select "Run as Administrator"
