I dont understand why people oppose to any type of content that's suggested. If you don't like it then don't do it.

It's not that easy.
In fact, if there are HNMs there are also Free Companies to camp them.
And most of them will also use some form of DKP system for endgame.
So if i want to have the same chance for getting my endgame gear
and not camping HNMs, i have to look for a FC that doesn't do HNM.

a) that reduces the number of free companies to choose for my playstyle
b) what if most of my friends go to a free company that does HNM?

-> Hence i'm negatively affected just by the fact that HNMs are in the game, even if i don't want to bother with it.

If you look to XI there was more linkshells (Free companys in XIV) that did endgame without hnms then there was those who did it with Hnms.

And as you can see there are alot of people who are just completly against hnms, in any form besides one that anyone can just walk up and fight, (Fate basically). So getting a FC of like minded people should be easy. If se would implement them right and do it without making the drops exclusive to only hnms it would not effect you at all.

Ok, here we go.

I do not like PvP, some free companies will do PvP, so no more PvP.

I do not like RPing, some free compainies will simply RP, no more RPing.

I do not like anything I consider an out-of-date dungeon/raid, so people can no longer run these.

Edit: If this is truely the reason you are against this content, you need to go back to Hello Kitty Online because every MMO, even the gimp ones have guilds doing something that they would prob never invite you to. If this is actually your attitude I and many others here would never invite you reguardless of HNM's.
